CORONAVIRUS & CAPRICORN COAST PROPERTY MARKET UPDATE

The @ Real Estate team is very impressed with the way the Capricorn Coast community has taken to this new way of life with social distancing, its been lovely to see the community ban together as we all continue to move forward in our daily lives, and how quick the local community has been to adapt to new ways of doing things. @ Real Estate is an established industry leader with technology and digital marketing, so it has been fantastic to see more and more buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords and even other agents been keen to adapt to our way of doing business. Due to positive market conditions and our industry-leading digital marketing, we have found that the Coronavirus has not affected the level of buyer interest. Although we are not able to conduct open homes, we have had a sharp increase in the number of private buyer inspections which has been fantastic to see.  Resulting in the same level of buyer interest, offers and contracts as we have been receiving prior to Coronavirus pandemic, supply and demand remains the same.
