7 WEEKS TILL CHRISTMAS

Doesn’t time fly when your having fun? Its hard to believe its only 7 weeks until Christmas. This means if you want to be in your new home ready to enjoy Christmas you need to get organised in the next week or two. That means if your looking to buy, you need to make an offer and put a contract on a property in the next couple of weeks. We are hearing from lots of disappointed buyers at the moment, that have missed out on buying their dream home because they were too slow to make the offer. Remember, this is the busiest time of year for real estate on the Capricorn Coast, and if you like a property, there is a good chance someone else will too. 

If you are selling and looking to move out by Christmas you also only have a couple of weeks to find the lucky new buyer of your home. Making now the time to make sure your price is just right, and your home is perfectly presented.
