The housing demand on the Capricorn coast is very strong due to the increase of people relocating from the city for work and or lifestyle change. 

This, in turn, has seen rents increase and the number of potential tenants to viewing also increasing. We recently rented a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and undercover parking home in Cooee Bay for when we received 6 applications.
