· $140M Shoal Water Bay Facility Upgrade for the Australian Defence Force on 454,500 ha. The estimated cost of the project is between $105 to $140 million (excluding GST).
· $121M Bruce Highway Upgrade. Rockhampton Northern Access Upgrade will widen the Bruce Highway to four lanes between Rockhampton Road, Yeppoon Road intersection & Ramsay Creek, north of Rockhampton.

· $415M Rookwood Weir Project. The Rookwood Weir Project forms a key component of the Lower Fitzroy River Infrastructure Project, which seeks to provide the appropriate reliability of water supply to meet needs.

· $1.5 Billion Clarke Creek Wind & Solar Project. Located 200km from Yeppoon.

· Causeway Lake - The $300,000 feasibility study for the Causeway Lake Revitalization Project was conducted in 2021 to determine future potential dredging costs. The cost of dredge was estimated to be $7Million. Livingstone Shire Council is in the process of evaluating options for the restoration and development of Causeway Lake and the shoreline

· Keppel Bay Convention and Sporting Hub redevelopment will create 298 new jobs with plans for 128 new hotel rooms, 1600m2 of event space, new multi-level car parking, new club facilities, new retail space, and more. Construction is expected to start mid-2022 and be completed by the end of 2023.

· Surf lakes has been given the green light to expand Yeppoon’s wave pool to create a tourism hub. Although there is no set date for when the expansion will be complete, work is in process. Stage one of the redevelopments will include camping and glamping sites, cabins, a restaurant, learn to surf lagoon, skate park, scuba pool, and solar farm.

· The Keppel Bay Plaza redevelopment is underway with the new Snap Fitness center opened up, Live Life pharmacy has relocated to a bigger and better location and a brand-new medical center is in stages of fit out. The redevelopments still to come will bring new life to the current center with a cinema being opened, new and exciting eateries planned to move in, and retailer stores.

· Brown Park redevelopment with $25 million committed to Stage 1 of the project as part of Queensland’s COVID-19 Economic Recovery Plan. The redevelopment will offer improved corporate entertainment opportunities and have the potential to host large outdoor gatherings

· Alliance Aviation are bringing its maintenance program from four overseas businesses in the UK, Slovakia, Singapore, and Costa Rica to Rockhampton and build a $60 million hangar in Rockhampton, which is under construction.

· The Emu Park Reservoir will be a $2.5 million-dollar project providing long, tangible benefits for fire affected communities and will reduce the risk of water shortages when fighting fires. Helping communities recover, enable infrastructure and support community connection.
