Major Projects across the Capricorn Coast
The Capricorn Coast has continued to be a beacon for people wishing to relocate, wanting to enjoy the slower, more relaxed lifestyle. The combination of the natural beauty, and growing economy, creating an abundance of career opportunities, certainly makes for a popular choice. It's no wonder that over the month of March 2022, 80% of @ Real Estate buyers were not locals.
There is an extensive range of major projects currently underway or in planning across the region, further strengthening our local economy and further fueling the need for more workers to move to the area.
